Federal bankruptcy courts record their proceedings, and when a party needs the official transcript of a hearing, the court directs them to its list of approved transcribers. We are on those lists in courts across the country, from New York to Arkansas to Minnesota, and producing bankruptcy transcripts is one of the largest parts of our practice.
That approved status matters. It means the court releases hearing audio to us directly, it means our formatting meets that court's standing requirements, and it means the transcript we certify can be filed on the docket as the official record.
What we transcribe in bankruptcy cases
We prepare transcripts of motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, confirmation hearings, adversary proceedings, trials, and status conferences. We also transcribe Section 341 meetings of creditors, which are recorded by the trustee rather than the court and follow their own request process.
Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 matters all come through our shop. Large Chapter 11 cases can generate hearing after hearing on compressed schedules, and creditors' committees, debtors' counsel, and U.S. Trustee offices all need the same record at the same time.

How to order a bankruptcy transcript
Give us the case name, case number, hearing date, and the court. We take it from there: we request the audio from the clerk, confirm the estimated length with you, and collect a deposit before transcription begins. When the transcript is complete it is certified, delivered to you as a searchable PDF, and filed with the court where required.
