How it works

From hearing date to inbox in four steps

Step 1

You place the order

Case number, court, hearing date, deadline. Three minutes, online or by phone.

Step 2

We pull the audio

In most cases we request the recording and paperwork directly from the court, so you chase nothing.

Step 3

Certified production

An experienced legal transcriptionist prepares the record; a proofreader checks it; AAERT-credentialed staff certify it.

Step 4

Delivered on deadline

A searchable PDF lands in your inbox, same day to 30 days from your deposit, exactly when promised.

Since 2013

Built by two women who know what is at stake

Co-founders Lisa Luciano and Ilene Watson built Access Transcripts on strong client relationships and an unwavering commitment to industry-leading standards. The reputation rests on what matters most: quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and service you can count on.

Our team is made up of experienced, native English speaking professionals who are U.S. citizens. Every transcript passes through a multi-step process of transcription, proofreading, and final review before it is certified, because what is said in the room must be what appears on the page.
