U.S. District Courts

Access Transcripts is an approved vendor in multiple U.S. District Courts, including districts in California, Texas, and Louisiana. District court proceedings recorded by electronic sound recording follow the same transcript model as bankruptcy courts: the transcriber requests the official audio, produces the certified record, and files it.

Civil and criminal matters both come through our shop: motion hearings, sentencings, evidentiary hearings, bench trials, and status conferences. Where a stenographic court reporter covered the proceeding, the transcript runs through that reporter instead, and we can help you figure out which situation you have.

Criminal and civil work, both handled

Sentencing transcripts for appeals and post-conviction petitions are among the most ordered documents in the federal system, and we prepare them with the care that consequence deserves. On the civil side, summary judgment arguments, injunction hearings, and trial testimony arrive with briefing deadlines attached, and our expedited tiers exist for exactly that pressure.

FAQ

Questions we hear

How do I know if my hearing was recorded or reported?

The docket usually says, and the clerk's office always knows. Bring us the case information and we will chase this down as part of the order.

Which district courts are you approved in?

Multiple districts, including in California, Texas, and Louisiana. Contact us with your specific court to confirm the ordering path.

Do Judicial Conference maximum rates apply?

Yes, federal transcript rates are capped by turnaround tier, and our quotes respect the applicable caps.

Need a transcript? Tell us the hearing and the deadline.

We request the audio from the court, prepare a certified transcript, and deliver it on time. Same day to 30 days, nationwide.
