Most of American litigation happens in state trial courts: circuit courts, superior courts, district courts, courts of common pleas, whatever your state calls them. We transcribe their recorded proceedings across all 50 states, formatted to the local rules and rate structures that govern them.

State court transcript ordering varies more than federal: some states route everything through official court reporters, others use electronic recording with transcriber production, and many mix both by county. States and counties set their own per-page rates, often published in court rules or fee schedules. We quote against the applicable structure.

The transcript typically comes from that reporter, and if you are that reporter, our overflow support is at your service.
