Fill out our transcript order form. Once submitted, we handle ordering the audio and paperwork and follow up with deposit information.
How do you get the audio and paperwork?
We usually request those directly from the court. If you have your own audio, we can transcribe that too; upload it securely or email us and we will help.
How much does it cost?
We charge by the page. One hour of audio generally results in about 45 transcript pages. Rates vary by jurisdiction, turnaround, and project, so contact us for an accurate quote.
How and when do I pay?
We email a secure link to pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check. Transcript deposits are paid in advance unless you are a court system or governmental agency.
How will I receive the transcript?
As an electronic, printable, searchable PDF by email. Printed or condensed copies are available for an additional fee plus postage.
How long will it take?
We offer same-day, next-day, 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day turnarounds, calculated from when we receive your deposit.
How do I send audio files?
Through the secure upload on our order process, by email for small files, or your preferred file-sharing method depending on size and sensitivity.
