Remote legal transcribers and proofreaders
We regularly hire experienced, U.S.-based legal transcriptionists and proofreaders. The work is remote, the standards are high, and the material matters: hearings, trials, and records that courts and counsel rely on.
What we look for
- Experience with legal transcription and courtroom vocabulary
- Accuracy under deadline, with proofreading discipline
- U.S. citizenship and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
- AAERT certification is a strong plus, and we encourage certification for those who join us
